Security Updates for Office Mac 2004 and 2008

Microsoft has released updates for the 2004 and 2008 editions of Office for Mac, both of which primarily involve security-related fixes.

The Office 2004 for Mac update moves the version number to 11.5.8; this update is entirely security-related. The previous vulnerabilities had allowed malicious code to attack the computer’s memory.

The Office 2008 for Mac 12.2.4 update also addresses this same type of security issues. This update also includes stability and performance ehnancements.
